    you don't need to download PC link. It is on the CD .

    Reply to 2 floor: I am having problem installing CD which came with the EU702. How do I install the PCLINK on HP72 laptop with Windows 8? A message appears saying that the installation wizard was interrupted. This occurs even after ending McAfee and Avast antivirus

    hmmm , maybe it is the windows problem . The EU702 is an old model which does not support windows 8.

     Pretty rubbish "support". Just purchased a new EU702. PC-Link doesn't work on Windows 8 nor 64 bit computers.

     Hi, kindly be noted that EU702 is quite old product and it has been "end of life" for long time. We do not provide support or update for it any more. You may contact your dealer for help. Sorry!
